Reminds me of my friend and teacher, Milton Feher. He taught us to use sounds around his studio in ny to help relax. Including a fire station next building..
This inspired me so much. Lately a string of things have plagued and stressed me, including pple leaving garbage in our layout. After listening to Mando on meditation, it occurred to me that not only thoughts, but also events, arrive regularly, often unwanted, often uncontrollable.
I then thought, perhaps we can see these events as we see thoughts, and ignore them.
Thank you gardens, for your appreciative words, my excellent friend!
We are both struggling it seems! I am sorry to hear you are in the trenches too. The good news is—we can climb out any time we want—as neither of us are facing bullets or mortars. May meditation make the other things flying at you and me nothing but cool breezes….
